Some channels are available on premium service and require a secret key to unlock them.
How to Unlock: Click the Server icon in control bar or side menu. Enter your secret key. Click "START VERIFICATION". After verification, premium channels are added automatically.
Premium Channels or Account: Once unlocked, premium channels appear prominently in the control bar and side menu. You need to contact the admin to find out which channels are included with the premium account. If you activate your account using a key, you will have uninterrupted access to all your preferred channels. (Please note that we may remove specific channels at any time due to copyright reasons.)
After Unlocking You Will See: Number of active devices, maximum allowed devices, browser name, operating system, your device IP address, account type: Pro, Standard etc.

Check internet connection. Try another channel. It can automatically show the next video if the stream is offline or if there is no signal.
Q: Is TorongoPlus Web open to everyone in the world?
Our free service can only be enjoyed by Bangladeshi visitors, due to streaming network limitations and other reasons, foreigners cannot watch all the channels properly. In that case, Bangladeshi VPN can be used by those who are expatriates or citizens of other countries.
Q: How to navigate channels quickly?
Use Left/Right arrow keys for channel switching. Press S to search channels by name. Use category tabs to filter by type.
Q: Multiple devices with one key?
Yes, within device limit. Widget shows active/max count. Logout unused devices if limit reached.
Q: How to control volume?
Use Up/Down arrow keys or mouse scroll wheel over the video player. Mute with M key.
Q: Android APK?
Click the Android icon in the status bar or download from the Telegram channel. APK provides native app experience.
Q: Search not finding channel?
Try partial name. Press S to open search, type channel name. Not all channels may be in current playlist or database.
Q: Audio but no video?
May be DRM-protected content. Ensure browser supports EME (Encrypted Media Extensions). Try another channel.
Q: Channel logo not showing?
Click the refresh button on the logo card to re-fetch from source.
Q: How to switch between Horizontal and Side Menu layout?
